Finally had my 1st driving lesson today after a long drag. Rushes to the Post Office at Thomson Rd at 9 as i was afraid of the long queue. Surprisingly there weren't any queue. The PDL was so different from my previous one. My driving instructor also said that it was his first time seeing the new PDL. At that time, i was afraid that the aunty from the Post Office had passed me the wrong PDL. Had learnt abt all the buttons and controls in the car today. Also, changing of gears, controlling the car, brakes, making turns and making u-turns. 1 1/2 hr passes very fast. My hands sweat while driving as i was nervous. LOL!

My bf sent an sms to me at abt 9am which says that " My glasses broke!! " I returned him a call immediately as i know his sense of sight is bad when he doesn't put on glasses. He had no choice but to take a cab home to put on contact lens before heading to make a pair of glasses. He ended up having buffet with his uncle plus cousins and out with me instead of returning to the office. PRO~~!

I was late meeting my bf. Luckily he had companion with the boy band "BOYSLIKEGIRLS" as they were having an autography session @ HMV. Here are some pictures i took. Sorry for the quality as it was slightly blur.

LAST DAY for COMEX 2008


As usual, crowds were everywhere before Comex starts operating. Our tyres already "pump-chek" by the forth day. Luckily we took turns to pump the surf float as flyers were running out. Are we too pro? LOLx. 4 of us were released at 3 plus as there were nothing much for us to help out already. 2 stayed back to help them pump the float. If we knew there isn't much things left for us to do, we would not inform them that we had finished distributing the flyers so we could slack around to chit chat with other flyer distributors and get PAID! winks*

We took a few free instant photos together with other flyer distributors. But somehow i didnt ask for their names cause we normally call each other by the company we work for. LOLx. Maybe we shall see each other again in another IT fair?

However, it wasn't that bad to be released earlier. Able to walk around shop shop abit. The more we shop, the more we buy. hahas. Also, i am able to go over to my bf's place for dinner. NOT THAT BAD for the pay of $36 that we should have earned if we work for the full time.
