dine out with my bf, daniel and weibin today. as usual daniel is late again. below are some pictures we took while waiting for them...



daniel brought us a cafe near the national library that serves western food. he said many of his friends visit that cafe as there were many SMU female students dining out there.. it look attractive outside as it was decorated with pink and hearts..

we were there at abt 6.45pm but there wasnt any seat for us. so we were put on the waiting list. we scrolled down the whole purvis street and noticed that there were many chicken rice stalls.. we walked back and forth while waiting and we even sat outside a restaurant till 7.30pm.

at that time, there still isnt any seat for us. through out the long wait we all became very hungry. and so we decided not to wait any longer as we were actually rushing to catch the MANU's match. so we crossed over to the other side of the road again to proceed for HAN'S.

when we were settled down at HAN'S alrdy and in the gist of ordering, we received a call from them that they have a table alrdy.. since we alrdy waited so long, of course we should go in and have a taste of it..



the atmosphere in Miss Clarity Cafe is good, menu look great, food looks good BUT waiting time is long, and food doesnt taste good. the fish and chips my bf and weibin ordered had a very fishy smell.. the colestraw they made were too salty.. my crusty dory is fishy and salty too. and daniel commented that his slipper lobster spagetti doesnt taste good as well..


after eating this i felt so thirsty that i drank almost the whole container of water.



overall, today's dinner couldnt make it. it was a terrible long wait with my tummy growling all the while.. and the food is not up to the minimum standard.. the statement " A hungry man is a angry man" is really very true..

i dont see why there were so many people queueing even after 8.30pm..

throughout the dinner, daniel was so anxious about the match btw MANU and EVERTON, CHELSEA and BOLTON as he betted heavy i guess.. as at that time the score for EVERTON and MAN U is 2-0.

so after dining, we went to beach bar to watch the second half of MANU's match...

and WOWW~~!! MAN U actually flip the table and won the match with the score of 4-2.. great skill from Rooney at the 78' and a nice goal from Eagles during the extra time. hahass.. "CLAP" a very exciting match indeed..
